Engineering Office Adaptive Re-use Renovations

This project converts a 1970s concrete block warehouse into the home of a modern engineering firm with 16,000 sqft of office and lab spaces spread over 2 levels. Half of the building footprint (9,400 sqft) remains a warehouse for rental income.
This project was completed in Fall 2022.
