Norfolk Fruit Growers New Facilities Complex

This multi-phased agricultural development is to be located on an apple farm just outside the town of Simcoe. The building program includes a 2-storey 15,000 sqft office building, a packing plant, and a group of cold storage buildings.
Site preparation is underway. Construction for the office building and one cold storage building is to start in Spring 2023.
